Music is an important, integral part of daily school life at Offwell C of E Primary School. It features regularly in class assemblies, church services and school events.
The Music curriculum involves composing, performing, listening and appraising. Children are given opportunities to improvise, compose and perform using pitched and non-pitched percussion, their own instruments and in singing.
Music Tuition is available in brass, string, piano and woodwind instruments from visiting peripatetic teachers. All children in Key Stage 2 are given the opportunity to become members of the thriving school choir.
